Our Refund Commitment

At Bandwise, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent credit restoration policy for our users. We understand that technical issues can sometimes affect your experience, and we want to ensure you're not penalized for problems beyond your control.

Important: This policy covers restoration of in-app credits only. We do not provide monetary refunds for purchased packages. Credits purchased in packages remain in your account indefinitely and can be used at any time.

When Credits Are Restored

We will restore credits to your account in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues

  • • Service disruptions that prevent evaluation completion
  • • System errors that result in lost credits
  • • Server downtime or maintenance issues
  • • AI evaluation failures or processing errors

Service Problems

  • • Evaluation process gets stuck or fails
  • • Results are not delivered properly
  • • Platform becomes unresponsive during evaluation
  • • Database connection issues
When Credits Are Not Restored

Credits will not be restored in the following cases:

Unethical Usage

  • • Spamming random words and clicking grade
  • • Intentional abuse of the evaluation system
  • • Attempting to manipulate the AI evaluation
  • • Submitting inappropriate or offensive content

User Actions

  • • User error or accidental submissions
  • • Changing mind after evaluation starts
  • • Not satisfied with evaluation results
  • • Submitting content that violates guidelines
How to Request Credit Restoration

Step 1: Contact Support

Email us at support@bandwise.app with the following information:

  • • Your account email address
  • • Date and time of the issue
  • • Description of what happened
  • • Number of credits lost
  • • Any error messages you received

Step 2: Investigation

We will investigate your request within 48 hours and review:

  • • System logs and error reports
  • • The circumstances of the credit loss
  • • Whether it was a technical issue or user action
  • • Your account history and usage patterns

Step 3: Resolution

Based on our investigation:

  • • If approved: Credits will be restored to your account
  • • If denied: You'll receive an explanation of our decision
  • • We reserve the right to deny credit restoration for abuse or unethical usage
